Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and training to Sales Associates, ensuring they possess the knowledge and skills to excel in customer service, product expertise, and sales techniques.
  • Maximize profitability by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, adhering to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines for merchandising and display.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and industry best practices, sharing insights to continuously improve our retail operations.
  • Cultivate a positive and supportive team culture, embodying the LEGO Group's values of creativity, collaboration, and respect.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a specialty retail setting.
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, inventory management, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
