Job Title: Security Manager

Virtus Professional Services LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing events, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including hiring and training staff, preparing reports, and managing events.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage security and safety protocols, including basic security clearance, confidential security clearance, and criminal record checks.
  • Develop and implement effective security and safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Collaborate with management committees to evaluate administrative services and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
