Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Footprints Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses to ensure the safety of our personnel and clients.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management and stakeholders.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal service delivery.
