Position Title: French Localization Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Overview:
Amber is on the lookout for a French Localization Quality Assurance Specialist to become part of their team in Montreal on an as-needed basis. Comprehensive training will be offered to candidates lacking prior experience.

  • Assessing video game titles for linguistic, visual, and cultural discrepancies in French
  • Identifying and documenting translation errors, contextual issues, and cultural subtleties
  • Suggesting solutions to elevate the quality of localized materials
  • Working collaboratively with a diverse team of QA testers

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French at a native level
  • Familiarity with mobile, PC, and console platforms
  • Enthusiasm for video games and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in English at a professional level

Compensation Package:

  • Starting wage of 17 CAD per hour
