Job Title: Truck Trailer Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Truck Trailer Mechanic to join our team at Freeway Truck Repair & Tire Shop Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, repairing or replacing mechanical units or components, and estimating parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
  • Repair or Replace Mechanical Units: Repair or replace mechanical units or components as needed.
  • Estimate Parts and Labor Costs: Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance Service: Perform scheduled maintenance service on trucks and trailers.
  • Test and Adjust Units: Test and adjust units to specifications.
  • Complete Reports: Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
