Job Summary

The Flexographic Press Operator will report to the Production Supervisor and be responsible for producing labels that meet work orders, label dockets, and proofs. The press operator will focus on maintaining high printing quality, efficiency, and safety in the work area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate production
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in flexographic printing
  • Extensive knowledge of various printing techniques and technologies
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English language and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed and be available to start work immediately
