Project Officer/Engineer

At Rodan Energy Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Officer/Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and performance specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and coordinate project assessment reports, and provide coordination and assistance in the preparation of preliminary project studies and reports.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and assist in the preparation of project control schedules, cost estimates, and project performance specifications.
  • Maintain close liaison with field construction and operation on matters involving design, schedules, costing, and other related issues.
  • Provide immediate and higher management with appropriate reports on work progress.
  • Execute other project management functions as required by corporate policies and procedures.
  • Provide work direction to staff assigned to assist in the preceding duties.
Requirements:
  • Four-year university education in an appropriate field.
  • Experience in a supervisory role to coordinate staff effort related to design and development activities for major generating station facilities.
  • Requires experience in project management.
