Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Planning: Develop and implement effective operational logistics plans to ensure seamless inventory management and supply chain operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge in inventory management and logistics.
  • Work Coordination and Scheduling: Assign and review work tasks, establish work schedules, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular full-time schedule.
  • Work Language: English.
