Job Description

As an Inventory Control Supervisor at ONTARIO INC., you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our organization's inventory and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Operational Logistics: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, streamline supply chain processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports to track inventory levels, monitor supply chain performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues, provide expert advice on supply chain management, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Arrange Training for Staff: Design and deliver training programs to ensure that staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Co-ordinate, Assign, and Review Work: Supervise a team of inventory control specialists, coordinate tasks, and review work performance to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment, and Supplies: Source and procure inventory and supplies to meet organizational needs, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
