Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of developing innovative projects that will position Compactica as a leader in the industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust C# multi-tenant project management system, ensuring clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Configure, manage, and scale Azure or AWS environments to support the application's growth and evolving needs.
  • Design and implement effective multi-tenant architecture solutions that ensure isolation, scalability, and maintainability of the system.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
  • Ensure the system meets the highest standards of security, including data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor, tune, and optimize application performance to handle rapidly increasing loads and complex data queries.
  • Work closely with the development team, project managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in C# and.NET frameworks. Proven track record of developing and scaling multi-tenant systems in Azure or AWS.
  • Extensive experience with Azure or AWS services.
  • Proficient in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
