Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at HP Beauty. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Exchange foreign currency and process guest departures, including calculating charges and receiving payments.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 37.5 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
