Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart 1415. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve daily store operations to meet sales and customer service goals
- Plan and organize store activities, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including pricing and promotions
- Implement store policies and procedures, including customer service standards and loss prevention measures
- Determine staffing requirements and schedule staff accordingly
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience
