Job Title: Plumber - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumber - Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team at Hydro-Flo Plumbing and Heating Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Requirements:
  • Plumber Trade Certification.
  • Natural Gas License.
  • Plumber Red Seal Certificate.
  • Gas Fitter Red Seal Certificate.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 40-44 hour workweek. You will be working in various locations, including commercial, institutional, and residential settings.
