- Serve as the point of contact between the customer and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
- Understand and build KPIs to measure the success of customer engagements, including tracking project milestones and performance metrics.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software company.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements, writing business requirements documents, and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to create marketing materials, presentations, and documentation that effectively convey complex software features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand business processes and requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
