Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kumon. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a high-quality learning experience for children.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators to develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with staff to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants to ensure a smooth operation of the program.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
