About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Manish Investment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Tabulate Total Payment: Calculate and reconcile daily/shift payments received with total sales, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment, including shelves and counter areas.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Wrap or Place Merchandise in Bags: Efficiently package and prepare merchandise for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
