Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Operating Agency. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Supervise and manage a team of sales workers, including assigning duties, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize payments, and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting inventory counts.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, including performing daily cleaning tasks and maintaining equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
