Job Title: Senior Risk Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk Advisor to join our team at NFP. As a key member of our Complex Risk Solutions Group, you will be responsible for leading our team of executive risk advisors in protecting individuals and organizations from material exposures.

With a strong background in risk management and a proven track record of success, you will design and implement customized solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in Directors' & Officers' Liability, Pension Trust Liability, Employment Practice Liability, Fidelity, and Cyber insurance products.

As a Senior Risk Advisor, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique risk profiles and develop tailored risk management strategies. You will also collaborate with our underwriting team to negotiate insurance programs that meet our clients' needs.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about risk management and has a strong understanding of the Canadian insurance market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our team of executive risk advisors in protecting individuals and organizations from material exposures

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in risk management

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in risk management
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian insurance market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products
