Senior RF Engineer Opportunity at Evertz

Evertz, a global leader in the design and manufacture of innovative products for the television broadcast, cable, and telco industries, is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join its talented team.

About the Role

As a Senior RF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance RF and microwave products, including passive and active circuit designs. You will work closely with the R&D team to develop and implement new technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF and microwave circuits, including filters, combiners, mixers, and attenuators.
  • Develop and implement new technologies, including RF over Optics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage small projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in RF and microwave development and implementation.
  • Excellent understanding of RF and microwave principles, including gain, power levels, linearity, VSWR, NF, etc.
  • Experience designing and developing a range of RF and microwave products, including IF, L-band, C-band, X-band, and Ka-band.
  • Experience with microwave and millimeter-wave devices, circuits, and technologies.
  • Experience with Electronic Design Automation tools and 2D/3D EM simulators.
  • Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
