Chief Assessment Officer

As the Executive Director of Account Management, you will lead the Assessment Services Division in providing property assessment valuation services to over 760 municipalities in Saskatchewan. Your strategic and operational leadership will drive the delivery of property assessment services, including inspection and re-inspection of properties, sales verification, market analysis, revaluation, and support of assessment practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic and operational leadership in the delivery of property assessment services
- Develop and maintain province-wide assessment policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead a team of professionals in providing property valuation services to local governments
- Participate in senior executive team decision-making and contribute to program, process, and policy development
- Benchmark program performance and practices with other assessment agencies
- Minimum 15 years of property assessment experience with at least 8 years at a management level
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed as an accredited assessment appraiser through the Canadian Assessment Institute
- Superior level of competencies in strategic orientation, effective communication, building organizational community, accountability, innovation, planning and risk management, performance management, inclusivity, and process management
