Job Title: Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at Sunlight Dental Clinic.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm patient information, and coordinate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and billing information.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries, and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
