E-commerce Sales Specialist

As an E-commerce Sales Consultant at GE Appliances Canada, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional sales support and customer service to our online shoppers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage consumers on their shopping journey, providing personalized shopping assistance in a format that suits their needs, whether via online chat, email, or phone.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Assist shoppers through ordering via email, phone, online chat, or text, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Maximize Sales Conversion: Utilize excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow-through calls and emails to finalize sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Exceed Customer Expectations: Provide the highest level of care and service from inquiry initiation to order delivery and through the ownership experience.
- Process Orders Timely and Accurately: Ensure orders are processed efficiently, address any order adjustments and billing corrections, and support post-purchase ownership experience.
- Initiate Cold Calls: Build awareness around our transactional website and promote our services to select 3rd party business partners.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with E-Commerce, Marketing, and other teams to understand sales goals, product positioning, and market trends.
- Align Communication with Marketing Objectives: Ensure communication aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Monitor and Respond to Product Reviews: Check and promptly reply to all product reviews based on company policies and standards.
- Utilize CRM System: Proactively record and maintain shopper/owner information, feedback, and insights to drive business success.
- Education: Associate's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience.
- Customer Service and Sales Experience: Proven track record of sales success and exceptional customer support.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Computer literate with typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Teamwork and Consumer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to work well in a team environment and possess a consumer-centric mindset and attitude.
- Strong Work Ethic and Integrity: Strong work ethic with integrity, self-motivation, and personal responsibility.
- Language Skills: English and French required.
