Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Saskatchewan Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
  • Manage Budget: Prepare and manage the budget for food and supplies, ensuring that we stay within our allocated resources.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
