Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saskatchewan Incorporated.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Client Focus: Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
