Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare staff
- Schedule and coordinate outpatient appointments, including booking specialist visits
- Prepare and manage medical records, charts, and other documents
- Perform data entry, typing, and filing tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Order supplies and maintain a well-stocked clinic environment
