About the Role
As a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a crucial role in driving business results and developing your team members. You will make important decisions that impact store success and continuously empower your team to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Make informed decisions to optimize store operations, production, and community donation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
