We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Worker V to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing trades duties approaching the journeyman level in one or a variety of trades areas such as electrical, plumbing, and painting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform trades duties in compliance with applicable codes and regulations
- Supervise Maintenance Workers and other designated staff as required
- Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure effective maintenance operations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans and procedures
- Comprehensive benefit packages including extended health/dental and a municipal pension plan
- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
