Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Supervisor to join our team at Young Park Martial Arts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising professional staff, program leaders, and instructors, as well as coordinating special events and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise professional staff, program leaders, and instructors
  • Prepare research papers, educational texts, or articles
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Coordinate special events
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work on-site at our private club location. Public transportation is available.
