We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JCH COFFEE CORPORATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our café, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role
- Language: English
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet customer demands. You will also be required to maintain a high level of physical fitness, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift.
