Job Title: Host

Welcome coffee lovers to our Nespresso boutique in Bayshore We're seeking a charismatic host to provide a warm welcome to our clientele and direct them to our Coffee Specialists. As a host, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and with a smile.
  • Prepare and distribute coffee tasting trays to promote and introduce products to customers.
  • Receive orders and hand them over to customers.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions organized by the boutique manager or team leader.
  • Perform any related tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant customer service experience.
  • Ability to establish contact and communicate energetically and with a smile to customers.
  • Available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with a minimum of 2 other availabilities per week.
  • Excellent ability to work in a team and with computer systems.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctuality and attendance essential.
