Job Summary

The Host/Hostess is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by assigning tables and managing the waiting list. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign tables to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage the waiting list and communicate with customers regarding wait times
  • Take phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience, preferably as a host/hostess
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
