Building Mechanical Technician

Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Building Mechanical Technician to enhance our operations.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective maintenance, calibration, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across our facilities.
You will also engage in energy efficiency projects, conduct equipment assessments, and oversee project management tasks.Primary Duties:
- Execute calibration and adjustments of both pneumatic and electronic control systems
- Organize and oversee technical maintenance activities
- Perform routine inspections and operational evaluations
- Address necessary repairs and provide recommendations for significant repairs or enhancements
- Assist in managing inventory and procuring spare parts
- Formulate energy efficiency programs and implement approved strategies
- Create technical schematics and assess external design proposals
- Supervise project budgets and payment submissions
- Program security alarm systems
- Maintain records of energy usage
- College diploma in building mechanical technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building mechanics
- Knowledge of STRATO and DELTA systems is advantageous
- Proficient in French with a basic understanding of English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AutoCad software
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems is beneficial
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
