Job Title: Facility Patient Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Patient Care Manager to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.

Job Summary:

The Facility Patient Care Manager is responsible for providing leadership and management of patient care services in a healthcare facility. This includes ensuring the delivery of safe and effective clinical health services, as well as facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management of patient care services, including clinical operations and facility management.
  • Ensure the delivery of safe and effective clinical health services, including patient care and treatment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve operational priorities and improve patient outcomes.
  • Manage emergency situations and ensure the well-being of staff and patients.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a patient/resident/client care setting.
  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline from an accredited post-secondary education institution.
  • Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate.
