Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting pharmacists with daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist pharmacists with daily operations, including processing prescriptions, preparing medications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate the pharmacy computer system, managing inventory, and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Registration with the College of Pharmacists in the province of employment is mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred, but not required.
