About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at GNF Commercial Management Limited. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Transportation: Ensure timely transportation of personnel and equipment to and from construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 55 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
