**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Safety Manager to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a key leader in Saskatchewan healthcare, you will partner with system leaders to achieve our province's healthcare goals.
Key Responsibilities- **Create Operational Lines of Sight:** Develop and execute operational and business plans that connect to the goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
- **Support Strategy:** Monitor, report, and course correct operational plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- **Demonstrate Strong Leadership:** Enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture.
- **Collaborate with Stakeholders:** Work cross-functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations.
- **5+ Years of Experience:** In management, leadership, or supervisory roles.
- **Leadership Experience:** As a leader who has developed and led innovative planning.
- **Program Development:** Experience developing programs in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- **Valid Class 5 Driver's License:** Required.
- **Lean Certification:** Preferred.
- **Critical Thinking:** Strong critical thinking skills.
