About the Role

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Configuration & Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Configuration & Data Management Section, you will be responsible for managing requests for the export and import of data from the Department of National Defence (DND) and several L3 Harris services and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the management of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage physical and electronic databases, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Maintain an understanding of and ensure compliance with applicable L3Harris policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate archiving activities, including deposits, retrieval, and inventory maintenance.
  • Provide constructive feedback for business process development and improvement.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in documentation management.
  • Experience in document management and control, including the use of commercial software tools.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience in Configuration Management in a defense or aeronautic environment.
  • Knowledge of Enovia PLM and SAP systems is an asset.
  • Soft skills, including bilingualism, strong team player, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO SECRET security clearance.
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
