We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Liquidation Max Inc. in a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, and leading a team of 3-4 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of the warehouse
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
