How You Will Make a Difference
  • Maximize store sales by achieving ambitious sales goals and meticulously monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
  • Inspire and embody a customer-centric mindset, demonstrating exceptional selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers that serve as a model for the entire team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to build a strong network, attract, recruit, and interview top talent who align with our values.
  • Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision to associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Communicate effectively, providing clear training and coaching to set expectations for customer engagement, store policies and procedures, and team cohesion.
  • Actively contribute to expense management strategies that optimize sales and profitability.
  • Cultivate a productive environment by equipping the store team with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Skills for Success

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in retail management, demonstrating a track record of success in driving results through teams.
  • A strong ability to meet business objectives by motivating and guiding store teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Proven expertise in coaching and motivating teams to excel in sales and profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective interactions with team members and customers.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • While formal education is valued, your experience and professional achievements are paramount to us.
