- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and support.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional heavy lifting and manual dexterity required.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, team player, dependable, initiative, and judgement.
