Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Spectrum Health Care. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of community nursing experience
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software
