Pharmacy Manager

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and control medication inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on pharmacy operations, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.
- Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmacy services and increase customer engagement.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
