Key Responsibilities:

1. Operation of Abrasive Equipment

  • Perform daily inspections of the workspace, equipment, and tools to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Utilize various types of sandblasting tools and equipment, including blast pots and pneumatic tools, while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Execute sandblasting processes to prepare surfaces by removing coatings such as rust and paint.
  • Handle abrasive materials and high-pressure machinery with care.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the finished product meets established specifications.

2. Operation of Coating Equipment

  • Utilize specialized spray systems to apply protective coatings and insulation materials to various surfaces.
  • Ensure consistent application thickness and utilize brushes and rollers as needed.
  • Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Apply masking materials to safeguard areas from overspray.

3. Equipment Maintenance

  • Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Keep sandblasting equipment clean and in optimal working condition.

4. Safety Compliance
