We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Services Coordinator to join our Saskatoon Corporate Services team at Miller Thomson LLP.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Services team, including calendar management, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with the processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Order and retrieve documents from government authorities and other external sources.
- Manage and maintain corporate records, inventory, and files.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
- Community College Certificate or Diploma in a related field, or equivalent combination of experience.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a related administrative role.
- Experience in Corporate Services is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
