Management Duties:

  • Drive sales by ensuring adherence to TH's customer service initiatives and maintaining well-presented models and sizes on the sales floor.
  • Contribute to training and development efforts, serve as a GGV, and deliver TH customer service.

  • Engage with the team during brief meetings to discuss individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including UPT and conversion rates.
  • Assist in training, monitoring, and executing inventory replenishment and restocking.

Operational Duties:

  • Comprehend and comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Receive and manage shipments and transfers efficiently.
  • Adhere to the Loss Prevention Program.
  • Ensure the boutique is equipped with necessary tools and resources, and possess the knowledge to utilize them effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness within the boutique.
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
  • Be capable of lifting a minimum of 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Leadership Duties:

  • Collaborate with the boutique management team to identify and recruit new talent through networking and recruitment processes.
  • Assist in developing team members to be knowledgeable about products and sales through open and constructive communication.
  • Foster a culture of energy, enthusiasm, and recognition for both team and individual accomplishments.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and quarterly boutique gatherings alongside the boutique manager.
  • Adjust work schedules as needed, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Promote teamwork within the boutique and lead by example.
  • Manage challenging situations while maintaining performance standards.
  • Establish and nurture positive working relationships.
  • Actively engage in maximizing regional marketing opportunities.
  • Participate in personal development initiatives.
  • Embrace diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Merchandising and Visual Presentation Duties:

  • Assist in making informed business decisions based on current sales strategies.
  • Enhance boutique presentation through training and adherence to brand standards and company guidelines, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Keep management informed of any issues related to merchandise or visual presentation.
  • Execute markdowns and inventory replenishments as necessary.
  • Ensure displays, fixtures, and overall boutique cleanliness are maintained to the highest standards.
