Retail Store Manager

A.K. Garg Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales tasks and responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient sales floor operation.
- Hire and Train New Staff: Recruit, interview, and train new sales associates to ensure they meet the company's standards and expectations.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Authorize Payments and Returns: Process customer payments and returns, ensuring accurate handling of cash and credit transactions.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and making sales recommendations to drive sales growth.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
