Job Summary:

Unlock your passion for skiing and snowboarding as a certified instructor with Vail Resorts. Deliver exceptional guest experiences, teach groups and individuals, and create a fun and safe learning environment. Full and part-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and abilities
  • Provide world-class guest service and create a positive atmosphere
  • Support ski school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management

Requirements:

  • Minimum CSIA/CASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Successful completion of training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards

Additional Requirements for Hires Under 19:

  • Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire
