Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including the coffee shop, equipment, and utensils.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
