Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that our guests receive an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results and provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
- Customer Focus: Ensure that every guest interaction is positive and that our high standards of quality and service are met.
- Team Development: Provide training and coaching to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Operational Excellence: Manage food and labor costs, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that all operational procedures are followed.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and identify problems, and take corrective action to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
