Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in regular project stand-ups and sprint reviews to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and optimize applications for performance and scalability issues to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Collaborate with development, creative, and product management teams to plan and deliver compelling user-facing products from start to finish.
  • Design and develop efficient, reusable front-end systems that drive complex web and mobile applications.
  • Use test-driven development to write well-tested code and participate in code reviews led by senior team members and technical leadership.
  • Update and maintain the functional and UI aspects of applications to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience with JavaScript and a strong understanding of web development principles.
  • Post-secondary education with a focus in IT Web Programming, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with React/React Native or comparable technologies (Angular, Vue, etc.) and browser APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and broad knowledge of current and upcoming web development techniques and principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment.
